My background in psychology and extensive business experience come together in this work.
Coaching is available in German and English, in Berlin or online. Sessions are individual; duration and format are agreed upon personally.
Coaching becomes effective when experience, attitude and methodology come together.
After completing my master’s degree, and a three-year science-based foundational training in psychotherapy from the University of Innsbruck (Austria), I spent more than a decade working in international management. I am also a certified Life & Business Coach (VanJunge Academy – Miriam Junge & Dr. Angelika Vandamme) and a qualified teacher for students up to A-levels. This combination allows me to offer coaching that combines analytical clarity with empathy – structured, reflective and grounded in practice.
My work is characterized by analytical structure, professional boundaries and genuine engagement. Coaching is not an advisory conversation, but reflective exploration – free from esoteric concepts.

Coaching Approach
Coaching is not advice-giving, but a professional space for reflection. The focus lies on developing clarity and agency independently. It is grounded in scientific insights from psychology and education, combined with structured process guidance and professional distance.
The aim is not motivation from the outside, but insight from within – as the foundation for lasting change.
My work stands for:
Professional expertise
Clarity and empathy
Analytical depth
Practical relevance
An international perspective
It is not about quick solutions, but about development that endures.
Whether you wish to refine your professional role, strengthen your resilience or clarify personal concerns – coaching provides a space to organize your thoughts, gain perspective and act with intention.
Change begins where clarity emerges!
I work with individuals who seek personal or professional development – in a structured, reflective and scientifically grounded framework.

A non-binding introductory conversation offers the opportunity to discuss your concerns and to explore whether working together would be meaningful.

your current topic
your expectations
the potential setting for our collaboration

What topics can be addressed in coaching?
Coaching focuses on personal and professional questions that require clarity, orientation or decision-making. Typical topics include career transitions, leadership challenges, decision processes, stress and overwhelm, work-life balance, self-reflection, values, communication and personal development.
Coaching is always individual – the topics arise from your current situation and your goals.
Who is coaching suitable for – and who is it not suitable for?
Coaching is intended for individuals who wish to approach change consciously and reflectively and who are willing to take responsibility for their own development. It is particularly suitable for people in transition or decision-making phases, as well as for leaders.
Coaching does not replace psychotherapy. In cases of acute psychological distress or mental health conditions, therapeutic support is the appropriate path.
What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?
Coaching is a professional process of reflection and development focused on current questions and future options for action. Psychotherapy treats mental health conditions and follows a clearly defined therapeutic mandate.
Due to my foundational training in psychotherapy, this distinction is especially important to me – coaching remains coaching.
What does a typical coaching process look like?
It begins with a non-binding introductory conversation. We clarify your concerns, your goals and whether collaboration makes sense.
In subsequent sessions, we work in a structured, reflective and goal-oriented way. Methods and pace are adapted to your specific questions and objectives.
How many sessions are typically required?
The number of sessions varies depending on the topic. Many coaching processes involve between five and ten sessions. Some issues can be clarified more quickly, while others benefit from longer-term support.
Duration and frequency are agreed individually.
How long does a session last?
A session usually lasts 50 minutes. In certain contexts, longer formats are possible and can be discussed in advance.
Is coaching available in person or online?
Coaching is available in person in Berlin or online. Both formats have proven effective and are comparable in their impact. The choice depends on your preferences and circumstances.
In which languages do you offer coaching?
Coaching is available in German and English. With a Master’s degree in English and American Studies and many years of professional experience in international, English-speaking contexts, I work confidently and precisely in both languages.
Many clients appreciate the opportunity to reflect on complex matters in the language that feels most natural to them.
What characterizes your coaching approach?
My approach is science-based, psychologically informed and practice-oriented. I work in a structured and empathetic way, maintaining professional boundaries.
The focus is on clarity, sound decisions and sustainable development – not on quick advice or esoteric concepts.
Is the introductory conversation binding?
No. The introductory conversation is non-binding and allows us to explore whether my coaching approach and way of working are a good fit for you.
It is important that the collaboration feels right.
How can I book an introductory conversation?
You can contact me via the “Call to Action” button on the website. I will respond promptly.
